By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the LIBS.CC service ("the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LIBS.CC. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
LIBS.CC provides outbound VoIP (Voice over IP) calling services with configurable outbound caller ID to supported international destinations. The Service allows subscribers to place calls to supported countries with a chosen outbound display number (CLIP No Screening).
Access to the Service is invite-only and provided on a monthly subscription basis. Features and supported destinations may change at any time.
You agree to use the Service exclusively for lawful purposes. The following uses are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund:
LIBS.CC reserves the right to monitor usage patterns for abuse detection and to comply with applicable regulations. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations where legally required.
⚠ ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies to monthly subscription fees and all wallet top-ups without exception. By completing any payment, you irrevocably accept this policy.
Unused wallet balance has no cash value and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged under any circumstances. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle and are not prorated upon cancellation.
In the event of account termination due to a violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued for any remaining balance or unused subscription period.
You are solely and fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not. You must:
LIBS.CC is not liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised usage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
LIBS.CC operates on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
We are not liable for call failures, degraded call quality, or service interruptions caused by: third-party carrier networks, destination-side network issues, regulatory restrictions at the destination, internet connectivity problems on your end, or force majeure events.
Certain countries and destinations are unavailable due to regulatory restrictions, carrier limitations, or legal requirements. This list may change without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for calls that cannot be completed due to destination restrictions, whether listed or unlisted at the time of purchase.
It is your responsibility to verify that your intended use is legal in both the originating and destination country before placing calls.
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis on your billing date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date.
Founder Plan subscribers: Your $200/month rate is locked for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If your subscription lapses for any reason — including failed payment, voluntary cancellation, or account suspension — and you subsequently reactivate, the then-current Standard rate ($500/month) will apply.
LIBS.CC reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or abusive activity, failure to pay, or at our sole discretion.
Upon temporary suspension, access to the Service is restricted until the suspension period ends or is lifted by LIBS.CC. Upon permanent suspension or termination, access ends immediately and any remaining wallet balance is permanently forfeited — no refund, transfer, or credit will be issued under any circumstances. This applies regardless of how recently the balance was added.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately. Any remaining wallet balance is forfeited. No refunds will be issued.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LIBS.CC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which LIBS.CC operates.
